InnoTrans: Press events and services for media representatives
Accreditation
Please note that media representatives taking part in InnoTrans must obtain accreditation online prior to the event.
To do so, please visit the website using the link below:
https://www.innotrans.de/de/presse/akkreditierung/.
Please ignore this section if you have already obtained accreditation.
Note: accreditation cannot be obtained on the exhibition grounds.
Accreditation for InnoTrans 2024 is valid from 23 to 27 September 2024. Once issued, press passes are non-transferable and only valid together with a personal ID or passport. Holders will be granted free admission for the duration of the fair.

Opening event for the media and representatives of national and international associations
11.00 - 11.20 a.m.:
Welcome address by Dirk Hoffmann, COO Messe Berlin, and the co-founders of InnoTrans (VDB, UNIFE, VDV, ZVEI und DVF)
11.20 a.m. - 12 midday:
Networking brunch with representatives of the national and international associations
12.00 - 12.05 p.m.: group photo with the associations
12.05 - 2.00 p.m.: World Innovation Press Tour

Tour of InnoTrans with Federal Minister Dr. Robert Habeck and the German Railway Industry Association (VDB)
3.30 p.m.: press statement by the minister on the Outdoor Display at Messe Berlin (exact location available on registration)
followed by a tour of InnoTrans open to the press which will take until 5 p.m.

Tues. to Thurs.: 9.00 a.m. - 7. 00 p.m.
Fri: 9.00 a.m. - 5. 00 p.m.
At the Press Center you can find:

Travelling to InnoTrans
Trade fair visitors can also use public transport free of charge with their InnoTrans ticket. However, S-Bahn services to and from BER Airport are currently restricted, but regional trains are running as usual. InnoTrans has increased the frequency of its shuttle service from the airport to the city to enable exhibitors and trade visitors to arrive and depart smoothly. Scooters, scooters and bicycles are also available for hire in designated areas around the exhibition centre.
