On 26 September 2023 at 10 a.m., InnoTrans and the DVV Media Group are organising the online Eurailpress Career Boost as a livestreamed event. With InnoTrans Campus, its comprehensive career concept, the leading trade fair for transport technology offers a uniquely wide range of dedicated services for bringing young professionals and exhibitors together. Now, the online edition of the Career Boost lets companies and young talents meet in the year between trade fairs.

Online now after its big success in 2022

In 2022, the year of the trade fair, InnoTrans launched the Eurailpress Career Boost, a live, efficient and innovative format that brought together job seekers and employers offering vacancies. 17 young professionals introduced themselves to HR managers with 90-second pitches on the Talent Stage and answered brief questions from the moderator. Following the format’s big success, InnoTrans is organising the Eurailpress Career Boost in the year between trade fairs as a livestreamed event on the online platform InnoTrans Plus.

Online Eurailpress Career Boost: pitch & match

From 10 to 11 a.m., via their own computer, selected trainees, students and young professionals will introduce themselves online with a 90-second pitch. Afterwards, from 11.15 a.m. to 2 p.m., HR managers can book 15-minute slots to interview applicants and get to know each other.

Young professionals can register now

The number of young professionals able to take part is limited to 25. Five applicants each from five categories will have an opportunity to make this event their next career move. Registrations are free of charge and are open now on the website of the online Eurailpress Career Boost. The deadline is 12 September 2023. An internal Eurailpress jury will subsequently examine the entries and select the participants. The 90-second pitches will be held in English only.

HR managers can purchase tickets from August

As of August, interested HR managers can register for this recruitment event at www.innotrans.de/campus. Participation is limited. In order to find out early when ticket sales begin, please email a short message in advance to innotrans@messe-berlin.de.
