Still in training?
This way! 👇🏼

Final-year pupils, students or young professionals from the mobility industry can take their chance and come to InnoTrans at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. Discounted Campus Tickets for pupils, trainees or students. The Campus Ticket entitles the holder to visit the entire InnoTrans fairgrounds.

At the InnoTrans Campus you can meet the global players in the rail industry, small and medium-sized companies, trade associations and universities. Take a look at the exhibitors' latest products and talk to them directly about any potential jobs.
You can also find out about current job and training opportunities from all exhibitors on the campus and make new contacts with recruiters from the mobility industry.

Eurailpress Career Boost

The Eurailpress Career Boost turned the game around:
Instead of companies presenting their job offers, young talents introduce themselves in 90 seconds to the companies. This makes young talent visible for the rail industry and allows them to present themselves directly and easily to potential employers.

In the 90 seconds, each participant presents him/herself: Who am I, what training do I have, what sets me apart, what do I want to achieve and what is my motivation to work in the rail industry? Afterwards, company representatives have the opportunity to talk to the applicants in person.

University Day

The motto of the InnoTrans Friday was "University Day". The University Day gave universities and the corresponding courses of study a platform to present current case studies, research projects or even approaches to solutions, for example, or to discuss them in an open forum.

Dialog Forum - Spotlight on Talent: Attracting skilled workers, maximizing potential, shaping rail transportation

Also on InnoTrans Friday, from 10.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m., a dialog forum took place at palais.Berlin with a special focus on the topic of skilled workers. The forum was organized by the German Railway Industry Association (VDB) and the Verband Deutscher Verkehrsunternehmen (VDV).

You can find more information about the program on the Talent Stage, the Eurailpress Career Boost or the dialog forums on InnoTrans Plus.

Jobwall

On our job wall, all vacancies of our exhibiting companies could be seen at a glance. This gave job seekers the opportunity to browse through the ads on site at the RecruitingLAB.

The ads could also be displayed directly online via a QR code.

The InnoTrans Plus digital job wall displayed the companies' job offers and offered interested parties the opportunity to find a job in the mobility industry.
